Call Centre Agents Needed At Fly SaFair-APPLY NOW

Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair has a vacancy for Call Centre Agents at our Head Office in Bonaero Park. The successful applicant will report to the Call Centre Team Leader.

Job Description

1. Receive calls from customers / passengers;
2. Deal with problems such as delays, cancellations etc.;
3. Explain processes to customers and assisting them where necessary;
4. Work in a team and longer than normal hours (shift work);
5. Deal with confidential information;
6. Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.

Job Requirements

1. Grade 12 or equivalent;
2. One (1) to four (4) years’ experience in a Call Centre Environment;
3. Travel or relevant qualification will be an advantage;
4. Excellent communication in English (speak, read and write);
5. Solid computer literacy; 
6. Excellent phone etiquette;
7. No criminal or credit record;
8. Able to work on weekends, public holidays and flexible hours as required;
9. Own transport would be an advantage.

Shifts:

1. 07:00 – 16:00
2. 08:00 – 17:00
3. 09:00 – 18:00
4. 10:00 – 19:00
5. Includes weekends and public holidays.
