Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer and resolve customer calls and queries
  2. Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up
  3. Provide product and service information
  4. Process customer orders and requests
  5. Achieve operational performance targets
  6. Engage across multiple digital platforms (WhatsApp, email, chat, voice, web)
  7. Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
  8. Apply First Call Resolution principles to inquiries
  9. Support customer retention by addressing issues effectively
  10. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve customer concerns
  11. Recommend solutions to prevent future issues
  12. Build and manage customer relationships with internal stakeholders
  13. Proactively manage requests and deliver customer-centric solutions

Minimum Requirements

  1. Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  2. Post-matric qualification (advantageous)
  3. Computer literacy
  4. Effective verbal and written communication skills
  5. Strong listening and interpersonal skills


Skills and Competencies

  1. Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  2. Knowledge of sales and customer service environments
