Position: Clerk Telesales

Reporting: Sales Manager

Responsibilities

1. Handling the Telesales function
2. Taking orders telephonically
3. Pre-Invoicing of orders
4. Printing & Checking of load sheets
5. Printing of invoices
6. Other Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

1. Grade 12
2. At least 2-3 years’ experience will be an advantage
3. Computer literate
4. Working knowledge of (Oracle & Mozaic) would be an advantage
