Purpose of the Job

1. To liaise with the capturing department, suppliers and divisions and to be available when queries arise.
2. Follow up with suppliers if there are any changes with their bank details.
3. Resolve internal and external queries, download system claims and make it availble to suppliers.
4. You will be responsible for your own set of suppliers.

Qualifications

1. Essential:•Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject
2. Entry level SAP finance knowledge

Experience

1. Essential:•Two years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk
2. Working with SAP Finance

Knowledge and Skills

1. Essential:• Knowledge of documents involved in the creditors’ environment, e.g. statements, invoices, EFT’s remittances, etc.
2. Understanding of procedures and risks related to payment processes
3. Understanding the process of reconciling acounts
4. Interpret statements
5. Attention to detail
6. Able to work in a team
