Purpose

To offer high quality and professional skincare and body treatmentsTo provide education on lifestyle and retail recommendations suited to Guest needs

Specific requirements

1. Minimum 1-year Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology / Health & Skincare / Somatology qualification from an accredited and approved training provider (Certificate or Diploma, NQF Level 4 – 6).
2. Training provider to be registered with either of the following; HET, FET, Services Seta, SAAHSP, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, City & Guilds or ITEC.
3. Confident in ALL forms of therapies; Facial Therapy including Brow and Lash Tint, Waxing and Threading, Manicure and Pedicures, Massage Therapy and Lash Extensions.

General requirements

1. Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
2. Ability to accurately analyse and execute the correct treatment plan according to the Guest’s needs.
3. Ability to prescribe home care products according to the Guest’s needs.
4. Ability to follow instructions and become a Sorbet Brand Ambassador.
5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Organised, good time management and attention to hygiene standards.
6. Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
7. Focused on relationship building.
