Job DescriptionIn this role, you’ll be the person customers turn to when they need help—whether it’s a quick question about an online order or guidance with their account. You’ll connect with them through phone, email, WhatsApp, or webchat, making sure every interaction feels supportive, friendly, and professional.

Responsibilities

  1. Chat with customers across different channels, listening carefully and responding with empathy.
  2. Keep customer details up to date so we can serve them better.
  3. Help resolve issues with online purchases and accounts, making the process smooth and stress-free.
  4. Handle complaints with patience and follow through until customers feel satisfied.
  5. Work efficiently within agreed timelines while keeping quality high.
  6. Keep learning and growing your knowledge so you can support customers even better.
  7. Bring positivity and respect to every conversation—with customers and teammates alike.
  8. Pay attention to detail and communicate clearly, even in busy or time-sensitive situations.

Qualifications

  1. Grade 12 (Matric).
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre customer support role.
  3. Computer literacy and confidence using different systems.
  4. Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA).
  5. A basic understanding of retail processes.
