Roles and Responsibilities

1. Must be able to manipulate and understand excel sheets
2. Working Knowledge of FCP and or Premier Pro
3. Advance knowledge of formats and aspect ratio
4. Will work on excel sheets to identify formats visually and update sheets.
5. Report Problems on media
6. Working with various departments across the media platform
7. Developing accountability by managing your time, meeting deadlines, and delivering on expectations.
8. Supporting the department’s daily operational tasks, maintaining organised files and clear communication.

6. National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) – Essential
7. Diploma in Audiovisual Communication, Expert Knowledge in Formats and Aspect RatioCompetencies:
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
9. Intermediate English language proficiency
10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring thorough and careful completion of tasks
11. Ability to monitor and follow up on delegated assignments and projects effectively
12. Commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking and applying new knowledge and skills
13. Effective participation in meetings, considering the needs and contributions of others
14. Good planning and organising skills to manage tasks and ensure efficient work completionAdditional Requirements:
15. Must be a South African citizen
16. Must be under the age of 35
17. Candidates who have previously participated or are currently engaged in a SETA-funded internship are not eligible.
