About the Role

Eskom’s Distribution Division is seeking professional and customer-focused individuals to provide high-quality customer service through contact centre operations. The successful candidates will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while supporting customer services, marketing, and sales processes using approved Eskom systems and procedures.

  • Managing multi-media and outbound customer engagements
