.General Eligibility Requirements

1. To qualify, applicants must:Be a South African citizen
2. Be between 18 and 35 years old
3. Be unemployed
4. Have Grade 12 with:Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
5. Be proficient in English and at least one other South African language (minimum 40%)
6. Not have previously completed thesame qualification or learnership at another company
7. Meet Employment Equity requirements (preference applies)
