Job Overview

The role of the incumbent is to drive the forklift to transport products and equipment within, as well as pick, sort and record products to be loaded and uploaded for delivery.

1. Responsible for the forklift driving
2. Transport products and equipment
3. Conduct daily physical inspection
4. Record product quantity and check expiry dates
5. Keeps the forklift and packing area clean
6. Clean the packing area
7. Maintain damage free stock operations
8. Compliance and accuracy on pallet stock stacking
9. Compliance with forklift speed
10. Take part in monthly stock count
11. Adhere to EHS policies and procedures
12. Adhere to FSQ standards, policies and procedures
13. Inspect pallets

Qualifications

1. Minimum: NQF 4 or Grade 12 or similar relevant qualification [Recognition of Prior Learning [RPL] will be applied based on SETA accreditations
2. Valid forklift license is essential
3. 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
4. Health and safety standards
