Applicants must meet one of the following educational pathways:

Option 1: N2 Subjects

  • Electrical Trade Theory
  • Industrial Electronics
  • Engineering Science
  • Pure Mathematics
  • Plus one of: Plating & Structural Drawing / Engineering Drawing / Metal Worker’s Theory / Plater’s Theory / Diesel Trade Theory / Fitting & Machining

Option 2: N3–N6 Subjects

  • Industrial Electronics
  • Pure Mathematics
  • Engineering Science
  • Electrotechnology or Industrial Technology
  • Structural Drawing, Mechano-technology, Fitting & Machining, or Electro-technology

Option 3: NCV Level 4

  • English (First Additional Language)
  • Pure Mathematics
  • Life Orientation
  • Vocational subjects such as Electrical Principles, Workshop Practice, Digital Electronics, Electrical Systems, Renewable Energy, Welding, Automotive Repairs, Fitting & Turning

Option 4: Technical Grade 12

  • Mathematics (Pure)
  • Physical Science
  • Electrical/Mechanical Technology (Automotive, Welding, Fitting & Machining)
  • Engineering Graphics & Design
  • Home Language and First Additional Language

 Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18–35 years old.
