The successful candidate will be responsible forcapturing information effectively, efficiently and timeously within the Supply Chain Department.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  1. Capturing data accurately and timeously.
  2. Assisting in the resolution of vendor portal queries.
  3. Reviewing of Vendor documentation on the portal and maintaining compliance.
  4. Maintaining active vendor checklists and ensuring compliance to legislative requirements and maintain on the portal.
  5. Assuring quality of vendor documents.
  6. Assisting with annual audits and reporting of vendor
  7. compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Grade 12.
  2. Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.


Minimum Experience

  1. MS Office Proficiency.
  2. Experience in vendor management will be an added advantage.
