You will oversee daily operations and make sure every area of the facility meets food safety standards.You will supervise up to 14 daily cleaners and 2 Assistant Supervisors , guiding them, training them, and making sure work is completed correctly. You will also manage inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure the site stays compliant.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

1. Team Supervision and Leadership
2. Managing and supervising a large cleaning team
3. Making sure staff follow safety rules and work procedures
4. Coaching and training staff on proper deep cleaning methods
5. Supporting Assistant Supervisors with daily planning
6. Handling staff discipline, contracts, and recruitment

Experience and Qualifications Required

1. Deep cleaning experience is essential
2. At least 5 years experience in FMCG or cleaning industry
3. Experience in food-grade environments is preferred
4. Strong staff management and labour relations experience
5. Good English communication skills
6. Knowledge of PPE, chemicals, and cleaning procedures
7. Understanding of hygiene and safety compliance
8. Ability to work night shift from 6pm to 6am
