The OSS Hastings Learnership Programme is astructured work-based learning opportunity for unemployed youth who are passionate about working in a call centre environment. The programme combines practical workplace exposure with formal qualifications training, enabling learners to gain industry-relevant skills and experience.Successful applicants will enter into a fixed-term learnership agreement with OUTsurance and receive a monthly stipend while completing the programme.

Learnership Details

Duration: 12 months

Stipend: R12 000 per month

Industry: Financial Services & InsuranceTraining: One full day per week dedicated to on-site qualification training

Working Hours

1. Learners will be required to work shifts according to a pre-determined roster:Friday to Monday (9 hours)Saturdays (8 hours)Sundays (5 hours)Two weekdays off per week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
2. One weekday dedicated to full qualifications training on-site
3. Public Holidays: Full-day work required if scheduled on a South African public holiday

Minimum Requirements

1. Applicants must meet the following requirements:Grade 12 / MatricComputer literate (MS Office)
2. No work experience required
3. South African citizen
4. Not previously registered on a Learnership with INSETA
5. Aged between 18 and 35
6. Unemployed for the last 6 months
