What You’ll Be Responsible For
As the Learnership Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management of Fidelity’s learnership programmes — from recruitment and onboarding to certification and compliance.
Key Duties Include:
- Oversee full learnership lifecycle: registration to completion
- Ensure SETA & QCTO compliance and maintain accreditation standards
- Track learner progress, provide support, and boost completion rates
- Engage stakeholders (training providers, employers, assessors, moderators)
- Submit accurate and timely reports for internal and external audits
- Drive learner enrolment and programme growth
- Coordinate assessments and moderation processes
- Continuously improve programme delivery based on feedback
- Maintain ethical and high-standard learnership operations

Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) – Essential
- Diploma/Degree in Education, HR, Training & Development – Advantageous
- At least 2–5 years’ experience managing learnerships or similar training programmes
- Knowledge of SETA/QCTO frameworks, SAQA regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and own transport – Advantage
- Clear criminal record – Essential
- Preferably reside in the West Rand
