What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the Learnership Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management of Fidelity’s learnership programmes — from recruitment and onboarding to certification and compliance.

Key Duties Include:

  • Oversee full learnership lifecycle: registration to completion
  • Ensure SETA & QCTO compliance and maintain accreditation standards
  • Track learner progress, provide support, and boost completion rates
  • Engage stakeholders (training providers, employers, assessors, moderators)
  • Submit accurate and timely reports for internal and external audits
  • Drive learner enrolment and programme growth
  • Coordinate assessments and moderation processes
  • Continuously improve programme delivery based on feedback
  • Maintain ethical and high-standard learnership operations

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) – Essential
  • Diploma/Degree in Education, HR, Training & Development – Advantageous
  • At least 2–5 years’ experience managing learnerships or similar training programmes
  • Knowledge of SETA/QCTO frameworks, SAQA regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Able to handle pressure and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport – Advantage
  • Clear criminal record – Essential
  • Preferably reside in the West Rand
