JOB PURPOSE

As an ATM assistant, your role will include assisting bank atm users who are not familiar with the system. You will be monitored thoroughly as to what aim do you have.

• Duties and Responsibilities 
• Assist old people with banking queries
• Assist anyone at the ATMs
• Making sure there is order when ATMs are full of clients
• Welcome clients at the reception
• Help new clients to open Capitec Bank Accounts

• You must be a South African
•  Be at least over 18 years
• Be familiar with computer literacy
• No criminal record upon your name
